I wanted to thank you all for the once-in-a-lifetime experience you gave Holli at the SPA event in Las Vegas. What a dream for a 17 year old! From being met at the airport by a driver holding a sign with her name on it, to the wonderful Red Rock Resort and fabulous rooms there to all the activities you had planned -- it was all amazing. She was thrilled to be chosen a winner and extremely lucky to have been able to be a part of your event. Thanks for the great gift bag with the t-shirt, pants and all the goodies inside, the cool water bottles with the models photos on them, the meals, (that brunch buffet was delicious!) the snacks, the bowling party, the fashion show and the big banners with her photo on them. Thanks to all the people who treated her so professionally and kindly. When she was outside for photo shoots and it was 37 degrees, twice someone went in a got her a cup of hot chocolate. A very nice guy also brought me a cup of hot chai tea! (I don't even know who he was! ) The photographer's assistants were always throwing a robe on her or moving her by the heater to warm her up. Thanks to Micala for all her organization and getting us there. Thanks to Sara and Corey for the fun fashion styling and to Meredith for doing hair and makeup. And thanks to Sara's mom for being the "mom" on duty and helping with everything. The many photographers Holli met were so nice to her. She especially enjoyed working with Mike and Jessica Ridinger of Ridinger Photography. Mike has a great sense of humor and Jessica is so sweet. Holli loved getting to know the other models and hanging out with them. Thanks too to our own studio, Silver Shadow Studios in Hutto, Texas for submitting Holli, and even though her photographers couldn't attend, they were texting back and forth all day every day, keeping up with how things were going. Thanks again for making one senior's year!

Being a SPA model was amazing! I got to meet kids my age from across the country, as well as work with some incredibly talented photographers. Shooting in the bowling alley with David Humphrey was tons of fun. He took the architecture of a very unusual place and made it look like something any girl would love to have as a senior portrait. My other photographer, Rod Evans was also wonderful. He found some amazing places to shoot in the Cherry Lounge and had great vision. The images turned out to be very high-fashion. Speaking of fashion, the fashion show was tons of fun! After getting my nerves out during my first trip down the runway, I was running on adrenaline. Everyone on the SPA staff was so nice. They worked extremely hard to make sure everyone was happy and I know I was the whole time. They do such a great job with setting up the Darkroom and accommodating to everyone’s needs. I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to attend the event, whether as a model or photographer, to go! I know SPA 2010 will be great (I have stayed at the Del Coronado and it is BEAUTIFUL!). Thanks to everyone at Antisdel’s and SPA for a once in a lifetime experience!
